This program is a full scholarship program funded by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China (MOE), which is used by some Chinese universities to independently recruit outstanding international students to study in China.Entrusted by the Ministry of Education, YU is responsible for the implementation of this program, and oversees recruiting outstanding international students to study in the relevant master's degree programs and PhD degree programs.
