Teaching positions for foreign teachers whose native language is English are available at Yangtze University every semester.
Requirements for candidates
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; Maters’ degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Science, and Medicine is preferred;
2. One year experience in English teaching or TESOL is preferred;
3. Good health
4. Age range: 22 -55
5. Contract Period: Ten months (Generally from this September to next June)
No more than 16 class hours per week.
Remuneration and Benefits
1. Payment: CNY 3500-4000 Yuan per month for Bachelor’s degree
CNY 4500 Yuan or above per month for Master’s degree
2. International Airfare: Round-way international air tickets for ten months teaching
3. Vacation allowance: CNY 1,100 Yuan per semester
4. Housing: a free apartment with the below-mentioned modern conveniences: Internet access, kitchen, bathroom, western toilet, furniture, bedding, TV set, refrigerator, and facilities for heating and cooling.
5. Medical care for foreign teachers in accordance with China’s medical system (life and medical insurance), except for expenses incurred in registration, doctor’s home visits, fitting false teeth, cleaning teeth, undergoing cosmetic surgery, massage, buying spectacles, boarding in hospital and non-medical tonics. During the period of contract, medical expenses of foreign teachers in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao regions and outside China will be covered by himself/herself.
